We are a growing private practice always looking for talented Licensed Clinical Counselors or Social Workers to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide Individual, Family and / or Couple's counseling as needed to clients

• Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history

• Develop and execute individual treatment plans

• Determine appropriate milestones to identify client's progress

• Communicate client's updates to all relevant parties when appropriate and needed (schools, parents, jobs)

• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs 

• Maintain accurate client documentation

• Be willing to build caseload through networking

• Return phone calls and emails in a timely manner

• Engage in supervision and case discussion

Qualifications:

• Must have a Master's degree with an LPC, LCPC, LCSW and be able to perform job duties in the state of IL

• At least 5 years of experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields preferred

• Compassionate and caring demeanor

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Knowledge in the treatment of Anxiety Disorders (panic, trauma, GAD, attachment) / OCD a plus

• Strong leadership qualities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP) preferred

• Candidate who enjoys working with Children and Adolescents strongly encouraged to apply

• Bilingual Spanish Speaking a plus
